Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food.

Every country has it own culture which makes it different from the other country. Difference in the clothing style, language, culture, food etc. which shows the diversity of this world. Every country has their own different food and cuisines. People of different countries have different tastes, food habbit and preferences some likes to eat veg, some like sea food, non veg according to their own choices and preferences which makes a huge diversity in the menus of a country.



If we talk about china it has lots of varieties in food, as we know china is a rich in cultural diversity. There is a different food in diverse regions of the china. People of china have their own taste and preferences .
They have their own preference for seasoning, ingredients, cooking techniques and eating habbits as well,like they prefer soya sauce, vinegar, tofu, noodles etc as their main ingredients. They use wok and the chopsticks to eat.Color, smell and taste are the three traditional aspects used to describe Chinese food.

Some famous chinese dishes -

Hotpot-

Hotpot is a chinese dish which is made by peanut butter with smashed garlic and chopped onion dressed with sesame oil.










Sichuan Pork-

Rather than cooking pork by stir-frying or deep-frying, which consumes lots of oil and can very easily overcook the pork, it is boiled in water with a coating made from egg-white and starch to preserve its freshness and tenderness.





Spring rolls-

fillings are wrapped in spring roll wrappers, the next step is frying. Then the spring rolls are given their golden yellow color.







Fried rice-

The standard flavorsome ingredients of Yangchow fried rice are peeled shrimp, diced ham, carrot, mushroom, baby bamboo shoots, crumbled egg, and corn. When all the ingredients have been cooked and their aroma has been brought out, they are stir-fried with rice till it becomes golden yellow.

Chow mein-

For making chow mein, the noodles need to be cooked in boiling water for a while. After they becoming cool, then move to the step of stir-frying
